Getting Started


Important: Your body weight anchors the COBA Board. One or both feet should be centered firmly on the black center toe bar at all times. Release your hold on the resistance bands before stepping off the board. Do not step off the COBA Board while pulling up the resistance bands as you will lift the board, which could cause injury. Always check your bands for any wear and tear. If you see wear, just send us a photo and we will send you a new band for a small shipping fee.

The COBA Board is a serious piece of exercise equipment; please consult your Doctor before starting any COBA Board exercise programs. Children under the age of 18 should be supervised by a Trainer or Parent.
