Pure Glutes LLC. offers an unconditional 30-day money-back from the date of purchase on the Coba Glute Trainer.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: customerservice@pureglutes.com.

When contacting us regarding a return you should provide the following information: customer name, date of purchase, item purchased and nature of the problem. All defective products will be accepted for credit, exchange or refund, at the discretion of Pure Glutes LLC., when received within 30 days of purchase date. 

Because of the size and weight of the Coba Board PLUS, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds for any shipping charges paid to receive your Coba Board PLUS. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the cost to ship.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Pure Glutes LLC. cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Please email us your tracking information and when your Coba Board arrives with all the parts and in good condition we will refund you right away.

Please keep all packing materials and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be serviced or returned for any reason. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
