This program is Fab 4 the busy girl! All you need is 4 days a week for 4 weeks to get all the benefits of a COBA strength training program to sculpt your legs, booty, arms and core. We programmed this so that you get the 3 leg & booty days you need as well as hitting your arms and core. How did we do this? We created 2 split body days and 2 total body days. This means on day 1 you will do a full COBA lower body workout. On day 2 you will do a full upper body and core workout incorporating light hand weights (5-8 lbs) and the COBA Board. Then, on day 3 and 4 you will complete a total body routine.
