Dr. Scott Lynn, Ph.D., Associate Professor at California State University, tested the COBA Board PLUS at The Center for Sports Performance, School of Kinesiology in Fullerton, California. The findings showed that the counterbalance squats done on a 7% incline were clearly more effective than regular squats, lunges, and deadlifts at targeting and activating the glutes and hamstring muscles. While you should always consult your doctor before starting any new workout, the COBA BOARD was originally invented to address an injury and as a longevity & wellness tool to keep legs and glutes stronger. We have many physical therapists who use our product as a rehabilitation device.

The COBA Board Plus comes with a resistance band system that allows you to adjust the intensity of your workout. The bands provide a range of resistance levels to suit different fitness levels.

• Underneath Bands for Squats, Lunges & Deadlifts: Our main bands for squats, lunges & deadlifts are 20 lbs. each with up to 60 pounds of resistance. • Glute Bridge Bands: Our product comes with 30,40 & 50 lbs. bands for glute bridges with the option to double up for increased resistance.
• Kickback Bands: Our kickback bands are 10,15 & 20 lbs. with the option to double up for increased resistance.
• Upper Body Bands: We use the same three 10, 15 & 20 lbs. bands for both the upper body and kickback exercises.

The lifetime warranty is against manufacturer’s defects with the understanding that the product has been used expressly as described in the user guide. If for any reason one of our products isn’t physically fit, we will repair or replace it at no charge to remedy the situation. There is no need to register.
